I think my dog ate soap?

I bought this 4 inche tube with 8 soap pebbles that you through in the bath at pathmark today ... and as i was in the kitches putting everything that was in the bags away i noticed a bag missing.... i looked around the house and found a bag ripped apart the the pebbels on the floor and the dog playing with the bag.... i tube was open and i only found 7 pebbles so i think he ate one.... what should i do.... he doens't look sick or throwing up .... the pebbles are gel packet with liquid soap inside and a hard shell outside.... this was maybe two or three hours ago... does anyone know any number to nj animal poison control?
