Do you know which game this is?

My memory is a little shaky but as i remember it was for the N64 and it started off like this "your on a spaceship or something and then you crash your are some sort of micro-chip spider thing and you can take control of dead animals at first you take control of the body of a dog please help i never played this game in seven years.
