DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT A GROUP CALLED �CONSOLADORES DE ISRAEL�?

We have encountered a Rabbi in Buenos Aires Argentina, who is from Brazil, and claims to have a large organization based in Jerusalem named, �Consoladores de Israel�, with active groups in The U.S., Mexico, Brazil, and Israel. He has been soliciting contributions and personal support from Jewish (and non Jewish) persons here in Buenos Aires, but we cannot seem to find that this organization exists anywhere except on the internet. He claims that Consoladores de Israel, has no firm structure or funding, etc. We are curious to know the legitimacy of the group and we are hoping some of our Israeli brethren in the name of Kol Yisroel may be able to help us discover or uncover this group and help us. It appears to be nothing more than vapor to us.
