What color shoes, and what kind of hair/jewelry would go well with these two dresses?

If I were wearing the urban outfitters dress I would wear off-black pantyhose and black heels. For the other dress I would wear white heels with either suntan of nude pantyhose. The second dress is my favorite but you'll look good in either one!
