If i take 50g of flour n mix it with some water 2 make dough then put some yeast in test tube n shake it with?

[it is the cont. of question]warm water n a teaspoon of sugar n make 2 portions of the dough add the water with yeast 2 1 portion keep the portions in2 beakers in a warm place for about an hour compare the dough in 2 beakers . which one has risen?why?
