I need a PCI video card for my desktop so I can connect it to my tv via s-video.?

So, I was wondering what MB video card I might need for it to look pretty nice on my 52 inch television? I would use PCI express or AGP but my desktop does not have any of those ports, so I have to use PCI and I have to have one with s-video too. I don't need a top of the line one, just something comparable to one that you might find inside a laptop that has a s-video output.
