Have you heard about a Gerber Nuk pacifier recall?

I tried returning some latex size 2 Nuk pacifiers today at BabiesRUs (bought the wrong size by mistake) and I was told that they had been recalled?! But I can not find anything about a recent recall? Anyone know what this is about?
