Does Obama have a mandate to investigate missing 3.3 TRILLION dollars missing from Iraq debacle?

If he becomes President doesn't he owe it to the American people to investigate the unpresidented, enormous quantity of missing funds from the the war against Sadam?Shouldn't this investigation run far and wide and dragnet as many of the individuals responsible as is humanly possible.The Republicans cannot be trusted,as we all know,whether we admit it or not. Shouldn't Cheney the Vice President and former head of Halliburton be indicted immediately,all of his records be seized,etc? We could do this with a few hundred forensic accountants and special agents who have no Republican affiliation.The sooner the better.The accounts of those involved should be drained of all ets to help repay this enormous fraud perpetrated on the American People.
