OLD STEAM ENGINE INFO NEEDED.. PLEASE ?

Help needed if poss ? I have an image of an old steam engine, though the number is not completely clear. It starts with 2214, though there could be more numbers on the end of this. The engine is quite small, has a tall chimney and a large distintive dome behind this (resembling a water boiler). This is some sort of working engine (as opposed to a penger type). It is under servicing in an unknown yard. Any help would be VERY much appreciated as the photo is missing the top of the chimney and I need tan alternative image to determine this.
