Ok ive been snowboarding since i was 4 and im 16 now looking for a sponsor, can any1 hlp me out?

do you know what it means to be sponsored?? why would anyone sponsor you?? people like shaun white get sponsored because they are all over national TV and the compnay that sponsored them will be ociated with them...are you famous?? will you make a company money??
