Looking for a snowball/glball ornament from when I was a child?

Im looking for a snowball/glball ornament that unfortunately got broke when I was a child. It had a bear who had grazed his knee and a nurse who was tending to it. Has anyone seen one similar? I would like to be able to find one again.
