Is there a non racist way to cook fish for a black guy?

A black friend is coming over for dinner and I was thinking of making fish, but then I thought that might look racist so should I completely scrap the idea of cooking fish for fear of seeming like a bigot, or is there some kind of non-racist way to cook/offer fish to a black guy?
