How to be like ariel from the little mermaid?

I would appreciate if you would tell me how to look like her by solving these three problems I have black hair (no dying solutions cause mom said no),my eyes are brown,and I have little dark skin(it is lighter than olive skin). I Hope you can tell me what abilities i should have ( besides swimming very fast). Then how to dress like what colors should i wear. Also how can i have the bangs like her.
