Does anyone know where I can find vintage sequin ornaments?

Does anyone know where I can find a KIT to make these? Preferably the fruit shapes? They come with little styrofoam fruit shapes, Sequins ,beads and pins? I dont want to buy finished ones, I like to make them myself, but they are so hard to find anymore! I had luck one year at a thrift store. Does anyone know what these are called?
