At what point does possessing a chemistry set become illegal in Australia?

I have a few beakers, test tubes, test tube rack and a heater plate. I'm thinking of buying some more chemistry stuff, some Erlenmeyer Flasks, fractionating columns and a condenser tube or two. I am going off to University (most probably staying off campus) next year, to study a Bachelor of Science (Chem Major) and was wondering how much chemistry equipment I can legally possess in Australia. I don't want to buy all this stuff and find out that there's laws saying how much equipment I can have.
